FREE PHONES REPLACEMENT POLICY
THE FIRST 30 DAYS AFTER ACTIVATION
Customer must call Customer Service to notify Life Wireless of the lost, stolen, defective, or damaged phone, accessory, or SIM. If it is within the first 30 days, the replacement SIM and/or accessories will be sent free of charge. If the customer has received a defective phone, the customer must return the phone to Life Wireless at the customer's expense. If Life Wireless determines the phone is defective, Life Wireless will ship a replacement phone* along with FREE 2-week Unlimited Minutes PIN. If the phone is damaged, lost, or stolen, the customer must pay $40.00 before Life Wireless is able to ship the replacement phone.
31 DAYS AND LONGER AFTER ACTIVATION
Customer must call Customer Service to notify Life Wireless of the lost, stolen, defective or damaged handset, accessory or SIM. If the SIM card, charger or battery is damaged, lost, or stolen, the customer must pay $5.00 for each item needing replacement. If the phone is damaged, lost, or stolen, the customer must pay $40.00 before Life Wireless is able to ship the replacement phone*.
*Replacement phones may be refurbished phones
PURCHASED PHONES RETURN POLICY
DEVICE RETURN PERIOD
Consumers can return or exchange devices and cancel service only during the return period and only if the device was purchased directly from Life Wireless online or through a Life Wireless live phone representative. The return period is 0 - 14 days from receipt of device for a full refund less applicable fees. Life Wireless does not charge an early termination fee.
All devices sent back to Life Wireless must be in like-new condition with no physical or water damage and must be in the manufacturer's original packaging. Returned devices must also include original components including device, battery, charger, manual and unopened software. If anything is missing or device is not in like-new condition, your shipment MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items not bought directly from the Life Wireless website or through a Life Wireless live phone representative.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR PURCHASE
Call Life Wireless Customer Service at 1-888-543-3620 for an RMA number. Once you receive your RMA number, you will mail the device back to Life Wireless at the customer's expense. Your return must be postmarked during the applicable return period (0 - 14 days of receipt of device). Be sure to keep your tracking number so you can check the status of the shipment with the carrier.
Remove confidential, proprietary or personal information from device. Additionally you should wipe any removable or portable memory card modules that come with your device, and you should retain or destroy any added removable or portable memory cards or modules (such as a SD Card) in order to help protect sensitive information, such as mobile banking information.
Make a copy of the invoice or receipt to send back with your return shipment and keep the original receipt for your records. Please refer to your device manual for instructions. Pack in the manufacturer's original packaging. Include ALL original components including device, battery, charger, manual and unopened software. If anything is missing or device is not in like-new condition, your shipment MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED. Depending on the reason for return, shipping charges may apply. Your refund for a return will be made through the original payment method (credit, debit, etc.) and may take up to two months to process depending on your financial institution. We may also reduce the amount of the refund for restocking fees and/or shipping charges. Life Wireless reserves the right to reject equipment returns that do not comply with the Return Policy. Life Wireless is not responsible for information left on returned equipment or devices.
