HERE’S HOW IT WORKS
Travel to your international destination
Both the ACP Only plan and the Lifeline + ACP plan offer up to $10/month in international credits, ensuring that your phone functions seamlessly in over 50 countries without the need for SIM swapping or additional apps.
Use your phone internationally like you do at home
Upon reaching your destination, you will receive an automatic international credit of up to $10 if you are on the ACP Only plan or the Lifeline + ACP plan. Any calls, texts, or data usage will be deducted from your credit balance. Please refer to the rate finder above to determine the international rates for your specific destination.
No overages or surprise charges
In the event that you exhaust your existing international credit, there will be no additional charges incurred. To obtain additional international credits, simply access your account portal and select the International Roaming add-on. Please be aware that unused credits do not roll over to the next period.
