Can I make calls or send texts from outside the U.S.?
No, you can only make and receive calls from within the U.S. and its territories including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Does my international credit roll over?
Any remaining international credit from your plan does not carry over to the next billing cycle or recharge period.
What is the International Talk Top Up?
The International Talk Top Up is a one-time purchase that adds rollover International Talk to your plan cycles.
How can I add International Talk?

Life Wireless offers government assisted wireless services to low-income households and individuals. Qualified customers receive free cell phone service. Certain residents may be eligible for a free cell phone.
We offer Lifeline discounts to qualified subscribers who meet certain eligibility requirements, such as government subsidies or a household income that is at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
Your FREE Lifeline benefit is limited to one per household and cannot be combined with any other Lifeline offer.
The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a government phone program from the Federal Communications Commission committed to bringing connectivity to low-income Americans. Qualifying households can get connected by answering a few questions and submitting your eligibility documents.
To receive a free smartphone and free monthly phone service with unlimited talk and internet access, you or anyone in your household, a child or dependent included, must meet the income-based or program-based eligibility guidelines.
The program is limited to one ACP benefit per household.
Acceptable eligibility subsidies
The standard eligibility programs that may be used as proof of subsidy include Food Stamps / Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Section 8 Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA), Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Medicaid, The Veterans Pension or Survivors Pension, Income at or below 135% of Federal Poverty Guidelines.
