*** Customers may change plans from one Life Wireless California LifeLine plan to another, anytime, at no charge to the customer. In the case of a change from a plan containing Data to a plan that does not contain Data, any remaining Data for the current month's service will remain on the customer's account until their next monthly recharge date. For example, if a customer whose recharge date was the 20th of the month, changed plans from the California Lifeline Unlimited Voice & Text, Plus 500 MB Data Plan to California Unlimited plan on the 10th of the month, and they had 100MB of data remaining on their account at the time of the plan change, then they would maintain these 100MB of data to use on the new California Unlimited plan until the 20th of the month.

To obtain Life Wireless service potential subscribers must meet certain eligibility requirements such as receiving governmental assistance or a household income that is 135% or below Federal Poverty guidelines for a household of that size, or the percentage guideline for your state. The specifics of what determines a potential subscriber's eligibility are specific to each state. Life Wireless service is limited to one per household, and cannot be combined with any other Lifeline offering.
