Phone Replacement/Warranty Exchange Policy

Customer must call Customer Service to notify us of the lost, stolen, defective or damaged handset, accessory or SIM. SIM and accessories will be sent free of charge within the first 30 days. Customer must return the defective handset and, upon receipt of the defective handset, Life Wireless will ship a replacement handset along with a 2-week Unlimited PIN. If phone is damaged by customer, customer must return the damaged phone with payment of $20 and, upon receipt, Life Wireless will ship a replacement phone. In the event that the customer's handset is lost or stolen, customer must notify Life Wireless immediately. Customer is responsible for payment ($20) on the replacement handset. Upon receipt of payment for replacement phone, Life Wireless will ship a replacement handset.

31 days and longer after Activation:
Customer must call Customer Service to notify us of the lost, stolen, defective or damaged handset, accessory or SIM. If the SIM card, charger or battery is damaged, customer must pay $5 for each item needing replaced. Customer must return the defective phone and, upon receipt of the defective handset, Life Wireless will ship a replacement handset along with a 2-week Unlimited PIN. If phone is damaged by customer, customer must return the damaged phone with payment of $20 and, upon receipt, Life Wireless will ship a replacement phone. In the event that the customer's handset is lost or stolen, customer must notify Life Wireless immediately. Customer is responsible for payment on the replacement handset. Upon receipt of payment for replacement phone, Life Wireless will ship a replacement handset.

How To Add Time to Your Account:

To Purchase a Life Wireless Recharge PIN or PIN Card, use one of the following convenient options:

  • Online: Go to the www.lifewireless.com website, Choose “Add Minutes”, select the amount desired, click on “Next” and select a payment option.
  • Over the Phone: Dial 611 and a customer service representative will assist you with the options in purchasing minutes over the phone.
  • MoneyGram: Visit any location with Moneygram. Moneygram Instructions
  • Store Locations: Go online and select “Store Locator” or call customer service to find a store location near you that carries Life Wireless Pins or Recharge Cards.

After purchasing a Life Wireless Recharge PIN or PIN Card, to redeem your PIN, use one of the following options:

  • Dial 611 SEND and choose option 1, option 1 again, enter your PIN, confirm PIN with option 1. The system will notify you that the PIN has been redeemed. You will receive a confirmation text message confirming PIN redemption and next recharge date.
  • Compose a SMS Text message to 28874546. In the message just put your 16 digit PIN number and press SEND. You will receive a confirmation text message confirming PIN redemption and next recharge date.
